What data do we process and for what purpose?
We only process the data you provide to us or that is generated by your browsing activity. Specifically:
- Inquiries and contact forms. The data you provide (name, email, message) is used to assist you. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form. This data is retained for the duration of the conversation and, afterwards, for the period during which liabilities may arise.
- News subscription. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send you the information you requested. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.
- Usage analytics. We measure how the site is used to improve it, using aggregated data and with your prior consent. Legal basis: your consent, which you grant in the cookie notice and can withdraw at any time.
- Security and operation. The server records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, browser) to maintain the service and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security.
We do not create profiles or make automated decisions that affect you, and we do not use your data for purposes other than those indicated.
Who else can access them
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The following providers, who make the service possible, do work for us as data processors under signed contracts: our hosting and content delivery network provider, our email service provider, and our analytics tool provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.
How long do we keep them?
The data is stored for the time strictly necessary for the purpose of each treatment and then blocked for the legally mandated limitation periods. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw the consent you have given, without this affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing.
To do so, write to us at info@quehacerenvalencia.es indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month.
If you believe that we have not handled your request correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( aepd.es ).
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of communications using HTTPS and access control to systems.
Minors
This site is not intended for children under 14 years of age and does not knowingly collect their data. If we detect data from a minor provided without the authorization of their legal guardian, we will delete it.
